Pricing

How much does a website cost for a boutique hotel or guesthouse?

Fixed-price hospitality branding and website packages at back of house start at €775 for identity plus a single page, and run up to €3,000 for a full multi-page site with identity, copywriting, and SEO built in. Most studios in this space quote privately project by project, so it's genuinely hard to know if you're even in the right range before you ask — the real number always depends on how much of the identity work is already done, and how many pages the site actually needs to do real work.

Here's what actually drives the number, in order of how much they matter:

  • Do you have a real identity yet? A locked logo, colour system, and type choices are cheaper to build once, from scratch, than to half-build twice.
  • How many pages, and what do they need to do? A landing page that just needs to exist is a different job from a site with a booking flow, a menu that changes weekly, and multiple languages.
  • Who's writing the copy? Copywriting in a consistent brand voice, across every page, is real work — and it's often the difference between a site that reads like a template and one that sounds like an actual place.
  • Do you need ongoing support after launch? A one-off build is priced differently from a build plus a growth period — SEO, content, and a check-in after you've had guests actually using the site.

My own pricing stays public for exactly this reason. Three fixed tiers, no surprises: Brand Spark at €775 (identity plus one page, about two weeks), Full Launch at €2,100 (full identity, a real multi-page site, copy, and technical SEO, about five weeks), and Launch + Growth at €3,000 (Full Launch plus 90 days of SEO and content support after you're live).

If you're not sure which one fits, that's a normal question to have before you've even scoped the project — tell me about the place you're building and I'll tell you which tier actually fits, honestly, even if that means Brand Spark.

Not ready to commit to even that? There's also a €150 Direction Session — one call and a short written direction, no logo or page yet. Upgrade to Brand Spark within 30 days and the €150 comes off.
