Questions
Do you only work with hotels, or cafés and guesthouses too?
Hospitality broadly: guesthouses, boutique hotels and cafés. The Sisters Sri Lanka case study is a guesthouse and café run together.
Do you work with clients remotely?
Yes. I'm based between Lisbon, Ahangama (Sri Lanka), and Manchester, and the whole process (Discovery Brief, calls, review rounds) runs without needing to be in the same city as you.
What if I already have a logo or an existing website?
Tell me in the enquiry form. What you already have changes the scope and the tier, and I won't charge you to rebuild something that works.
How do I know which tier is right for me?
Tell me about the place you're building and I'll tell you which tier fits, even if it's the cheaper one.
What happens after the site launches?
Brand Spark and Full Launch end at launch. Launch + Growth includes 90 days of SEO and content support afterward, up to 8 hours a month: weekly Google posts, a new article each month, and a monthly report. Plus a check-in 30 days after launch. After that, Care & Hosting keeps the site up to date, and social runs monthly if you want it handled.
What if I'm not ready to commit to a full package?
Start with a Direction Session (€150 founding, €250 from 2027): one call and a short written direction, no logo or page yet. If you upgrade to Brand Spark within 30 days, the fee comes off.
